This unique portfolio of Swiss photographer Matthias Taugwalder contains some of the most breath-taking and spectacular landscapes from the Alps. Did you ever wonder how it feels to stand atop of a mountain, such as the world-famous Matterhorn? No problem, this experience is only one click away.
The website features two types of panoramic images: With interactive VR panoramas the visitor can experience a scene entirely on his own. High-resolution panoramas (so called "gigapixel images") offer a new dimension by allowing the viewers to zoom into the image. These high-resolution images contain more details than the human eye can see.
